New paid holiday (December 24^th)

Return of stripped Association rights.

Almost every bargaining unit employee will receive at least a $1700.00 raise spread over the next two years.

Tuition reimbursement goes from $500 to $700.

ESY reimbursement for Assistants will be $14.50.

All hourly employees will now only receive 20 paychecks a year.

Employees will now receive a copy of their work grids. This will enable employees to be able to figure out their paychecks.

SSD will hold meetings to help employees update how their checks are disbursed to them. This will allow employees to do their own withholding so they are able to have money available for the summer months.
